Refund Policy

We accept refund requests within 14 days after your order has been placed.

If your product arrives not as described or in less than perfect condition, please email send and email to us at support@doogood.co.uk including the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Short description of the issue.
  • Photograph of goods if the issue is related to damages or defects.

Our customer success team aims to respond within 24 hours to find a suitable resolution for you.

If you've changed your mind on an item and would like to return it, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. 

Cancelling orders

We work quickly to pick and pack your orders so that we can get your goods to you as soon as possible.

This means that once an order has been placed, there is only a very short window where an amendment of cancellation can be made.
